Can I introduce an older chick to my little baby chick?

I had 11 eggs and 1 of them hatched. It seem really lonely so I want to get a friend for it. Could I introduce one a little bit older or does it have to be the same age?

You can get it an older chick friend. Chicks are generally friendlier than older chickens and have little or no problems with newcomers.

I got one and they are getting along great! plus they look super cute together
