Can I put two hens in one broody jail?

I took two Broodies a Rhode Island Red and a Wyandotte, put them in my smaller yard tractor , they both laid an egg in about a week. Were happy together and enjoyed the fresh grass, came out not broody no more

I highly recommend a tractor compared to a dog crate , it has many many uses

Thanks all!
I only have a dog crate, though a tractor or custom build Broody Breaker might be good for next time. It is a big dog crate, I think made for large dogs like great dane....?
Do you think I can fit 2-3 hens in there or will that create problems (space wise)?

I didn't take breaking my first broody last month seriously enough, felt sorry for her after two days in jail. She is of course gone now and dead. Never again.
Great reminder! They can't go broody like that for months at a time. It is very hard on them

We brought this upon ourselves though. Two of the silkies are at least 8 years old. The other two hens are about 4-5. I don't expect much from them anyway but it's never been this bad!:th
We were trying to downsize our flock at one point. First our parents were like "keep the layers, we need eggs" but then it somehow turned into "get rid of all of our productive chickens and keep the most docile bantams"
Their plan is backfiring now. It's one of the reasons why we got new chicks.
And of course, none of them are productive breeds
I'm sorry I can't help, I just never have that issue with all the birds I have

Thanks! I think tomorrow we will set up the jail cell :)
Luckily, thanks to the frozen Ziploc bag of corn, one of the more mildly broody hens has been broken (for now, lol.) The other two still need some discipline!
