Can I use tap water and hose water for my ducks?

I have some ducks hatching soon and I would like to know if I can use tap and hose water for my ducks. While they’re small I would like to let them swim in the bath tub/sink. When they get older the plan is to get them a kiddie pool and fill it up with water. This is my first time hatching anything and i’ve researched for 3 months but never found out what water is safe for them.
I used rain water, spring water and R/O filtered water for my ducklings, but with six of them at nine weeks, it's tap water.
I do supplement their iodine from time to time.

Technically\Geologically it is erupting.
It smokes and releases gas all day\night long.
Here is a video of the eruption from 2015. I am 5 kilometres away and outside of the evacuation zone.
It's right out my back door. lol

Well, as long as the volcano is spitting out lava and that stuff isn't flowing into your direction you are pretty much safe. The lava-flow stopping unexpectedly can be sign for an explosion to come. And "non active" volcanoes do scare me more, as they are always good for a St. Helens style explosion.
@YodaBat you are living on the ring of fire! You need to teach your ducks how to fly! :lau
