    Not really sure what it is but I would say start them on some sort of antibiotic. Is this the only symptom?

    Looks awful. Wish I could help. I would start it on antibotics. Is this the only one?

    Although I haven't seen pox in person, that looks like fowl pox to me. From what I know about it, which is next to nothing, it's a virus and as such, must run it's course.

    If it's pox, antibiotics won't help.
