Can some one please tell me what breed and possibly even gender my turkeys are?

I currently have two turkeys they are both different colours and about 4 - 5 months old. The lighter of the two (left) occasionally fans out its tail and I have not yet seen the darker one (right) do so. The lighter one is also less friendly, I can pick up the darker one no worries but the lighter one kicks up a stink when I try and flaps around allot (I'm thinking this has nothing to do with their gender just that the darker one has been handled more). Please can some one try and tell me gender if possible, if I have not supplied enough information please feel free to ask some questions.

The one in the back looks like a red bronze. The one in the front doesn't show enough detail clearly. Could be a black, or possibly a black-winged bronze. Closer pictures would be nice.

Thankyou to both of you, it might be some time until i get another picture of the dark one, but im very excited that the lighter one has layed two eggs
