They both could be cockerels, can we get a side view of the white one?
Does this help and that would make the black one also a rooster? All 3 were sold to me as hens.

So if you look at their tail feathers roosters are said to have a more dagger like shape where hens are more rounded off. The fact the black one has tail feathers that are that long makes me think that is a roo.
 
The gray ones are roos too, I can't tell on the white bird, where did you get these?

Not necessarily, after 12-14 weeks, you can look at the saddles (side of tail) and hackle (neck) area to see whether those feathers are long and pointed (male) or short and round (female), hens have have male looking tails sometimes.
