You can get many answers by reading posts, at you desired pace as your time allows .
Another IDEA is to post your GENERAL LOCATION, in your profile. This allows peeps to give better advice since they will be familiar with weather/climate. If you want to stay more anonymous, post a City or State or Country nearby with similar climate.

That's very interesting. The methods are still pretty much the same now as then.Here is a link to the U.S. Army's training manual. It was helpful to me. It's also just pretty damn cool in general.
