He's was resting. Now my dh can see him and he appears to be eating his inner membrane. Anyone ever seen this?

OH BOY, I SEE A CRACKER>>>>

Well we are pretty much fine hatching here just as day 21 and 28 start. The LF died as it was starting to zip. No idea what happened.

But on better news a now a mom to 4 bantams 3 of which have feathered feet. The other was out of a green egg. And mom to two Ancona ducks. They are very very sleepy.

Just candled the 10 in lockdown(day 19) and all but 2 of them have a growing air cell so does that mean they died? I normally don't move them around so much so it could be the cause if I did kill them when I moved them over. It's running at 99deg with 65-70 humidity. I can't seem to see movement but it's not the right time of day even with a blanket over me to keep the temp from dropping to low. It's so dark in there you can't see any veining anymore. I also candled my double yoker due the 11th and still 2 growing chickies, wouldn't it be nice if they made it?! I just set another 11 eggs; 5 EE, 3 BLRW, 3 SS with this weather they sure aren't laying for me well. I went thru to add my next hatching sheet and this will be my 9th set. I must be crazy with so many staggered batches and only 3 incubators running and one for the hatcher. Once the bigger hatches get ready towards Easter I'll use the bottom of my bigger home made one for hatching also. And then theirs the overwhelming worry, Where the heck am I gonna put all these chicks in my house. It's too cold outside. We are under a winter storm warning for 8-10 inches of snow, wish it would be done already. Just as you see grass it hits again.

They just upgraded us to a foot of snow now, ground is covered and sleeting atm. Why can't we just have sunny skies, green grass, birds chirping and pretty flowers already!
