He should be fine. I have had a chick hatch when its egg was rolled over and 2 chicks were sitting on it.

I think another chick had some gunk on him, which fused this chick’s egg to the incubator liner that I placed. He has zipped all the way around except for a bit and can’t push himself out, because I think he is stuck. He’s placed right under the fan, which is probably why. My humidity is high 70s+
Going at it for 24 hours, still breathing though. I’m worried he won’t make it

You can dip a q-tip in warm water to wet and loosen the place where he's stuck.

I did this a bit too late, as the shell was so stuck to the tissue that it came off. However, the chick already zipped past this area . He cannot get out so I am going to attempt an assist. I have two others who are also like this, shrink-wrapped, and I applied coconut oil to the exposed membrane. I’m assuming there’s poor ventilation or high temp because the humidity is really high! So much so that there’s condensation, yet I know this isn’t sticky chick.

To update this thread, I wasn’t using the best incubator (never again), and the fan was blowing directly on the chick. I don’t think it made it. I’m having the same problem with the saddle shaped spaces in the pointy ends and I believe they are signs of malposition
