candling just before hatching

Or how can you tell. I only see an air pocket the rest is completely dark. I am not sure how old the eggs were when I started incubating they were just a speck and have now completely filled the egg.

Some people are just very handsoff hatchers. They don't like interfering or messing with the incubator, trying to save the humidity from being lost.

I see I have been having a very hard time keeping ANY humidity is why I was so concerned about them being able to hatch on their own.

If it is close to hatching the air cell gets larger and you start seeing shadowy movement in the air cell.

Have you added wet sponges, it's how I get mine above 50% takes 6 wet sponges lol

Thank you. My air sacs are very large. And my humidity has been horrible. I wonder if I should help them. Or maybe wipe them down with a warm wet rag? I am worried about them being unable to hatch themselves.
