Even if you get a pen built you will ALWAYS need more room! I have tons of pens & most of the time they are full & looking for more to put in the empties!LOL You might as well bring as much as you can you know you wont leave w/any. I took stuff to sell & guess what---LOL I didnt make anything--I traded & traded & bought! So I ended up w/no green in the pockets!

But I got me some chickens & turkeys & other new found stuff!

DH is thinking 10x20 to start. OK who has it bad now. geez now I have to figure how many I can put in that size coop, ummmm 50. Oh no way, he said he only wanted to start with 10. Should I tell him how many you can fit in there or play dumb.

Well this time people will be leaving with green in their pockets, nothing to trade yet. Give me a couple of years, lol. We are just starting our big adventure.

I still haven't decided if I'm going to keep my Sultan chicks or sell them. So many decisions...

I only have 10 left and that's about the amount I want to keep, plus they'll be ready for processing by/before the next swap. I wouldn't mind getting some more to grow out around then if you want to put in an order though.

How old were your Sultans when you could tell gender? Mine are bantams...don't know if you knew that.

Well dumb me bought 10 & out of the 10 only 2-3 of them were hens & they were all grown up! But I love them so I didnt really mind I just think they are pretty but I think the ones down on the pecking order mind because well UUUUMMM ya know how roos dont mind if they are male or female or a duck or turkey or what? Well that is the problem!LOL I dont mind that they are bantams Some of mine arent that big so I dont think they are to big for bantams.

Yeah I may end up ordering some I have the bantams but I really like them. So I thought about it & decided I may want some more stand sized meaties!
