Central Hatchery in Nebraska is the cheapest I've seen. You need to order at least 50 and get the best deal on 100.

I ordered 30 CX from Hoovers Hatchery this year. They arrived on May 1, and I lost 3 within 4 days. Cost was $1.15 per cockerel. Shipping to TN was around $30. I ordered some SLW as well. These birds have done very well.
