This one hatched yesterday and looked like this today. What do we do? How do we help them? Any advice is appreciated. This is one of our silkie chicks, hatched with a piece of shell stuck to their back if that's any correlation. We think they may have rubbed the feathers off, they were still wet when we last say them.

Is the chick acting normally, eating, drinking , pooping like all the others? It's possible that the dried shell and liquid pulled the fuzz off, hard to say. If all else seems normal, and they have a heat source so the chick won't get chilled, I would just give it some time. Once it starts feathering out that should fill in, if all is normal.
