chick has deformed leg

I have a 2 day old silkie and i noticed today that one of his legs sticks out to the side and its hard for him to get around the other leg is fine.It looks alittle different then the other leg.Is there aything i can do to help the litle guy?

I'm not sure if spraddle leg/splay leg is what you are describing or not.
