Chick Pics for New 2 and Our Chart

Got a premature train feather from Ice. I'm thinking based on the shape of this feather he's a male. Not that it is an adult train feather but when you look at it and have a train feather next to it the webbing looks similar. I need a tail covert feather from a hen to compare to this feather.

EDITED.... THIS IS NOT THE IBBSSP WE HAVE BEEN TRACKING IN PREVIOUS POSTS!
This is a different bird that I am wondering if the developing pattern on the back is BS showing through.

I am wondering if the little light colored spots on the black back feathers is the Black Shoulder showing through?

Four week update on these Loud Pieds, or are they still Loud Pieds?

First chick;

Second chick;

Third chick;

The previous posts are the same three chicks, two weeks, four weeks, and now for the eight week review. I am not sure that they are still Loud Pieds. They hang together all the time.

The back is changing on the IBBSSP chick. He is getting a faint brownish color and spots.

This chick doesn't look BS to me at all. It now looks like an IB SP hen.

Not sure if I would be disappointed or not if it is or isn't. At any rate this bird is not leaving the property. I have a few more from the same pen that must be closely related that have even more white and are not showing much change. Watching and waiting is so much fun if you can stand the suspense.

OH, my bad, sorry @DylansMom this is NOT the chick that we have been following, although it may be closely related. If it is an IBSP hen that will be great!

I went back and edited the post....

I was going through my photos and I realized I had this photo of 2 of my IB chicks when they were 3 weeks old and you can definitely see what the differences between male and female chicks at 3 weeks old and put it in Chick sexing tips. Also I need to get a picture of one of my IB chicks at 2 months to send to you.
