I think I can see the beak, but I can also see some blood, which means she needs more time before she can come out. Don't remove any more of the shell, as it will encourage her to hatch before she's ready and keep that membrane damp. Wipe it with a wet Q-tip every now and then and don't wipe her or or her face, only the membrane, especially that bait where you lifted the flap, so it doesn't dry and stick to her head. Then leave her like that for at least another 2-3 hours.HELP!!
I am uploading a photo of the chick that has been peeping for more than 24 hours but not able to pip. I had made a hole on the fat end of the egg about 10 hours ago, and now I widened the hole a bit. I can see the beak, it had already made the internal pip, Can someone take a look at the photo and advise me, I have put him back in the bator. she just keeps on moving her beak. The beak is right in the centre of the opening, a yellowish triangle.
