Chick speaking inside egg, how long to hatch ?

HELP!!

I am uploading a photo of the chick that has been peeping for more than 24 hours but not able to pip. I had made a hole on the fat end of the egg about 10 hours ago, and now I widened the hole a bit. I can see the beak, it had already made the internal pip, Can someone take a look at the photo and advise me, I have put him back in the bator. she just keeps on moving her beak. The beak is right in the centre of the opening, a yellowish triangle.

I think I can see the beak, but I can also see some blood, which means she needs more time before she can come out. Don't remove any more of the shell, as it will encourage her to hatch before she's ready and keep that membrane damp. Wipe it with a wet Q-tip every now and then and don't wipe her or or her face, only the membrane, especially that bait where you lifted the flap, so it doesn't dry and stick to her head. Then leave her like that for at least another 2-3 hours.

hey I nees to ask um I put my chick in the brooder cuz he was messing up other eggs
its 95 .7 degree in the brooder is that ok?
and second he hasnr quite fluff up I mean the lower part is fluffed up but the top dried and didnt fluff up? should I wash him ? he is only 4 hours old and has 5 toes like a silkie usually does

well i take my eggs out after like 10 mins after hatchine becouse the stand on the other eggs and makes it extremly difficult for the others i just have the brooder ready for them 95.7 is ok for them

since there only 4 hours old thats fine it usually takes 6 or 7 befor there completly dry

if you drop it in front of him he will proble going to pick it and be like thats yummy i want more but you have to dip there beaks in the water doh and dont worry if they dont eat the first day they have absorbed the yolk sack so there full be sure to get a pic

he is a pure white silkie and the first ever child of his parents his brother is in the incubator pipping and cherping

aw his adorable i have got 1 silkie and a silkie rooster there my only bantams they only had one child she hatched it but now she is gone broody again and is sitting on 2 of her eggs so hopefully and i have 1 of there eggs in the incubator its wigglling and suppose to hatch augest 4th no chirping yet just dancing
