Chick that freaks out when sleeping?

Just mix the whole liquid(insides) part with some feed, & feed it to the chick. It's okay if the chick doesn't get all of it at once.

Poultry Cell tonic or Poultry NutriDrench 1 ml per every 3 pounds of weight, have most of the vitamins needed, but you can also add the contents of a human vitamin E soft gel giving it orally with a dropper or syringe. It may be a vitamin deficiency, neurological symptoms, head injury, seizure, but hard to know which. There is a disease in young chicks under a month old called avian encephalomyelitis or epidemic tremors that can cause them to tremor and fall down. Hopefully, it is just something temporary, so I would offer the vitamins for a week or two to see if it makes a difference.

Thank you both! I just got some vitamin E and I have some nutridrench here, can you give both at once? Or would one be better than the other?
