Chick with wry neck, help me with dosing? :(

How much NutriDrench are you giving him? You need to use B1 not B12, but there is B1 thiamine in the NutriDrench. The extra E is also needed. Wry neck may take days or weeks to improve, and sometimes it doesn’t get better. Glad that he is eating and drinking. You probably need to feed him and water him several times a day, and adding a little water to the feed is good to get more water into him. You might try making a chick chair or sling, but they are usually for chicks that have trouble standing. Here is a link about how to make one:

Hi, I stopped the B12 and moved to B. So he's getting the vitamin cocktail a few times a day and nutri drench after he pecks at the spoon with the mushy mash. So I'll say he's getting nutri drench at least 7 times a day. If I'm making much sense. It's only a few drops at a time. I will try the chick chair thing, I am not very crafty though! Right now hes propped in a sock but I'm sure he'll flop out of it!!

That may be too much NutriDrench. Are you giving it undiluted or in the water? Dosage is 1 ml for every 3 pounds, so probably a couple of drops a day would be plenty. Here is apicture of a foam neck brace one person used, but yours may need the sling or chick chair made from a cup.

It is diluted w/water. It probably is too much so I will cut back. Any ideas on where to get a peice of foam that small? that would be perfect for this chickie!

Okay.. so.. here's my gauze plus gauze tape neck brace. He seems to be much calmer now that he's not looking at the world upside down!! Thanks for the idea, egg!!

Update for anyone following
He's still hanging on. Improved my neck brace(old mattress topper)
Hes getting a little stronger everyday I think, still battling the wry neck though. He can move his feet like a professional chicken tap dancer though! 1 Week old tomorrow.
