Chicken ate house lizard! Harmful?

Some Lizards can carry lung flukes which can be very harmful to dogs and cats. Chickens may not be affected. Idk

I have frozen “pinkies” (baby mice) that were for my DD,s Brazilian opposum which recently died. (old age) Based on what I am hearing here, I guess I can give them to the chickens.

Gonna give the crickets that hang out by the back door
Before i got chickens, crickets would keep me awake.
I have a old house and crickets would find a way into the basement. Between the crickets outside the windows and crickets in the basement they would drive me nuts.
After I started to Freerange them an hour before sunset. The noise subsided.
I haven't heard or seen a cricket around my house in years.
The largest prey I've seen my chickens eat was a small toad. I tried to get it from her but she swallowed it.
The toxins on the toads skin put her a zombie like state for 2 days. She hung out by the waterer, drinking a lot with watery poop.
She survived. GC

So i was just doing my daily routine . i spotted that my chickens have hunted two lizards. They were running around with it and other chickens running to catch the chicken. Later they caught another lizard. While doing this running thing they just breaked the two lizard in pieces and eveyone ate the small chicks too. My question is, is it harmf
OMG, that's brutal! Then again probably for the best lol. I had no idea that chickens were such predators. :sick Good to know though surely they will have fun with all the tiny critters I see in my backyard. Gonna give the crickets that hang out by the back door a heads up.
