Chicken attacked

Help I came home to find my chicken like this. The back is fully exposed and I can see some bone. I put vaseline on a paper towel and placed that across her back but is there any hope? There is no blood currently.

If organs are not exposed, (muscle can look like organs, but isn't that bad,) just rinsing with saline is probably the best treatment.

How long ago did you find her?
Will she drink water?

Can you bring this bird inside?

Apply Neosporin after you rinse her well and keep her inside, where the flies can not get to her, until she heals.

Wash the wound with Luke warm water, flush the wound with hydrogen peroxide, iodine or betadine, or if you have some blu kote on hand spray the wound with it and keep her confined away from the others Somewhere clean, warm and cozy.
