My Black sex link hen (named crow) Hads bald spots, One on her neck, Big one on her breasts, And one under her butt or vent. Is this molting or something more serious? I have 2 other Hens named red and mocha, Mocha is the biggest red is the "runt" Could they be plucking out her feathers? Or is this just molting and is there nothing to worry about.

Can you post a few pictures of her.
I would guess she is molting.

She is molting. I can see some pin/blood feathers coming in, but I also feel that the other hens are plucking and eating the growing feathers. Keep an eye on things. If they really denude her you may want to use Pin Less Peepers on them until she refeathers.

Oh, So yesterday I noticed only her chest, and neck had a bald spot on it and a little on her wing, But over night the one on her neck got a little bigger and one on her other wing appeared, I looked in there coop and the feathers are where she sleeps and under the nesting box.... UNDER the nesting box which they sometimes sleep and not roost, So outside of the coop where a lot of her feathers are.

i think molting.. under my roosts are a pile of feathers every morning.. and if you look at her skin, you should feel or see pin feathers poking thru..
