My hen has a bald spot on her back, near where her tail starts, I don’t know if she is molting but I don’t see any pin feathers. She is the only hen I have but I do have a rooster which they are together all the time. I’m not sure if this is part of the reason but when I go to let them out of the coop they get reLly excited and tend to step over each other a bit and maybe the rooster is scratching feathers off her back? Also it is summer and we’ve had high 30’s (Celsius), so I’m not sure what’s going on but if someone could help that would be great thanks
