I'm really glad I clicked on it even though its "extra" (though really the whole course is extra haha). My SO asked if I'd actually learned anything that I didnt already know & I mentioned that article! specifically the bit about Roman's not being allowed to fatten up chickens through excess feed so they created capons.That Smithsonian article was fascinating. I can’t imagine the time that went into all that research!
