Okay I completed all of week 1 I guess. got 13/15 on the quiz

I'm really glad I clicked on it even though its "extra" (though really the whole course is extra haha). My SO asked if I'd actually learned anything that I didnt already know & I mentioned that article! specifically the bit about Roman's not being allowed to fatten up chickens through excess feed so they created capons.
