I may not like the maintenance but I do love hearing your kind words. Thanks you guys for your compliments. I do love going out and seeing my coop and run every day. Every year I have done some sort of expansion or improvement project. I think I enjoy building the coop and run as much As any other part of the chicken experience

I enjoy building the coop and run too! I'm finishing construction on my new coop now. Check coop article connected to my profile. I need to build the new run still since we moved the chickens. Our hens have been hanging out inside mostly though because it is currently FREEZING here - it's snowing at this very moment even. While most are cold hardy they don't like the snow on their feet, not even my Light Brahmas with their feathered feet.
