Chicken butts!

My chickens poop looks foamy and their bottoms are all crusty with poop. I have doxycycline and denaguard. Should I give them any? They are active, eating and drinking and laying eggs. I did have one that died a few weeks ago suddenly. They already get probiotics and clean water every week I put apple cider vinegar in. Any ideas?
