Chicken can't stand or walk, paralyzed??

Pics
We are all routing for you and Ethyl! You are doing a wonderful job caring for her. Keep feeding her until she is interested in eating on her own. I find scrambled eggs, mealworms work well. She had a lot of things against her, but thanks to you and your hubby you are making progress. It may be slow- but her gaining weight and energy are good signs in the right direction. Keep up the slow and steady pace and keep us all updated. Has she been pooping yet? That will be a sign that things are turning around for the best.

Thank you. And yes, she has been pooping since the first fluids we have her. It's hard to tell what it looks like since she is sitting on it. My husband thought up the idea of getting one of those inflatable "U" shaped neck wraps to sit her on to keep her off her breast bone and let her poop fall down instead of sitting on it. Any thoughts on that?

Yayyyy that is a good looking poop! I think you could take a towel, roll it up and put it in a u shape to elevate her to see if that helps. Can she hold her head up yet?
Not completely. She does hold it up sometimes, and she moves it around just fine, so I just done know what's going on with that. Wry neck maybe??

These are informative pics of Ethel. I see some scrambled egg, does she have interest in eating that on her own? Have you felt her abdomen? Is there anything hard in there? The reason I ask is I had a hen that had a rather large tumor that was pressing on her nerves causing paralysis of her legs at the end of her life. Not saying that is wrong with Ethyl, but will help rule it out. I would continue with the vitamins, wondering if it is a deficiency. @Wyorp Rock and @azygous any thoughts with these photos?

She has no interest in the scrambled eggs. I have some canned raw pumpkin, would that help with anything?
I have felt of her pretty much all over but unfortunately I'm just not familiar with chickens (I finally found her crop once it had something in it) but I don't know that I would know where to feel or what I was feeling.

No- I would stick with the tube feeding still then as she is getting all of the nutrients that she needs. For my hen is was a large mass in her underside (think between her legs) that was the size of a softball, it was hard and large. It went misdiagnosed by a vet in covid and then grew quickly. Again- not saying that this is what is wrong with Ethyl, but wanted to bring it up since it happened to me and caused my hen to be paralyzed/unable to walk.
