Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
The three cockerels getting along for now is normal. Once the hormones start flowing, that will change and the pullets will suffer from it.
I highly recommend that you stop feeding all the treats. It will eventually cause health issues for the chickens. Many a chicken has been killed by too many treats.
What I like to do is toss a handful of organic chick starter crumble out for the chickens. THEY think it's a treat but it is a nutritionally complete feed. Everyone is happy.
Thank you for the information. I will keep a close eye on the roosters and start figuring out what to do with 2 of them. And the treats....I'll stop the treats and see if they like the starter crumble. Sigh. I love giving them vegetables and yogurt and cottage cheese. Oh well maybe a once a month thing. Thank you.

:welcome
Until a couple of months ago I would have said that I had 7 cockerals, 3 hens, and 9 pullets, and the rooster fought a lot. Now I have 3 roosters, 2 hens, and 7 pullets, and they get along pretty well.
Both hens are molting and not laying, and only 3 of the pullets are laying, and only one of the roos is interested in mating. We are doing fine, though I plan on getting more pullets as soon as possible.
My oldest rooster (about 6 months) is trying to get with the ladies, but I don't know how successful he's been. It's so sad. He will come down the ramp and get set up and wait for someone to come down. The first one is very cautious and it is comical.

Hi and welcome to BYC :frow We're so happy you've decided to join us :ya

As the others have said the general rule of thumb is one rooster/cockerel to 10 girls, but it's really situational and dependent upon the boys. I have a similar ration as you with my BH birds and all works well. Didn't work at all for my Dels and RIWs. But I really don't think it's breed dependent but rather dependent upon the roosters themselves.

As for treats, try to limit them to 10% of total diet. Lots of reasons behind that but its a pretty safe rule of thumb.
