Have you looked into peas? You cannot rely on them wholly as they are low in methionine (sunflower seeds are higher in it):

Yes! We have looked into using Field Peas/Cowpeas, but have not been able to find a source in our area.
I liked the idea of the Chick-En-Egg concentrate or the Buckeye Nutrition concentrate, but I looked them up and the Buckeye one has their first ingredient as Soybean meal, and I am afraid the Chick-En-Egg is the same.
Re-Flax Seed Meal, has anyone tried the Flax or Linseed PELLETS? They have been steamed and would not go rancid as fast as the meal.
