Thank you for posting the photos. Your chicken is adorable :)
She has a severe case of Scaly Leg Mites. You will need to soak her in warm water with epsom salts for at least 15-20 minutes, but longer if you can.
Do you have access to NuStock?
As this is such a severe case I would use NuStock. On less severe cases vaseline would work but I think her feet have gone to far.

Some people also would use Ivermectin, can you get this?

Scaly leg mites can cause a lot of pain, and her feet look really bad. I would treat these straight away.

That is an extremely bad case of scaly leg mites. You need to treat her before her toes start falling off. Repeated epsom salt soaks, and treatment with something meant to kill scaly leg mites. You should also inspect all your other birds for raised scales on the legs, which are the start of the infestation, and treat any showing signs. You also need to look your coop over and see if there's any way you could keep it cleaner, that can help prevent future mite infestations.

Any type of oil is good for treating leg mites. The Nustock is fine, and many use castor oil, vaseline, crisco shortening, vegetable oil. Some use an old toothbrush to gently loosen the scales so the oils can be rubbed up into to skin. Do this at least once a week. There are many methods of treating leg mites, so we will post a few.
