I wouldn’t force the abscess open! You could release the infection and the chicken could go septic.
You don’t need a prescription to get an oral syringe or Jacquard syringe. You should be able to find them at a pharmacy or large grocery store with a pharmacy section. To clean out an abscess you will need a saline solution. You can make that at home (1tsp to cups warm water). We boil our water then mix in the salt, then let it cool for abscess/wound cleaning & netti pots.
Ouch! You could try Vetercyin (Sorry if I spelled it wrong) it’s what I put on my chickens wounds (I’m not sure if it will work as good on this as I put on small wounds) you can find it on AmazonHere’s the larger wound. It looks nasty but I don’t think it’s infected, at least it seems to be healing, doesn’t smell, and doesn’t seem to be swollen.
What are the black things in the wound in the first picture?
Here are the puncture wounds. They’re definitely infected.

Okay, that is good. Vetrycin is a good product. Don't force anything open, keep it as is and apply antibacterial solutions until the experts get here. That’s bits of dried blood, it’s not dirt.
Clean with a saline solution, Clohexadine, or any wound cleaner. Rinse them out good. After that, apply Neosporin to the punctures in a think layer. Keep then moist. Do the exact same with the big open wound. They should have Neosporin on them so they don't dry out.
Don't worry about the Vetrycin, it isn't as good for large wounds anyway. Did you rinse the wounds out at all? You need to rinse them with a homemade saline solution, or a wound cleanser.Yes I have been using Microcyn which is apparently almost the same as Veterycin but is a newer version?
