If that happens thepat would be the one time you could actually use hydrogen peroxide to flush out the wound, but only once. Chlorhexidene 2% or weak Betadine (povidone iodine or Equate First Aid Solution,) would be good for deep wounds to help clear up infection.

Realistically, acquiring antibiotics will probably take longer than getting her in to see a vet.
When the Covid Crazies hit, antibiotics flew off the shelves with the TP. The only places you can get the good stuff now is online or through a vet.
Flush her wounds really well. Don't be afraid to "get in there". Call your vet and make an appointment.
Ours have the needles but no meds.Lol they do have Pen G at tractor supply (feed store) but not the needles, those would have to be ordered online and most websites I found require a prescription.
