It isn't impacted and her breath doesn't smell sour, but her crop is large and feels like it's filled with water. Does this normally mean there's a blockage, or is this already sour crop?? I've been giving her olive oil in case there's a blockage and she is having Apple Cider vinegar in her water.

She is about 7-8 years old and 2-2.5kg. She is currently on antibiotics for suspected respiratory condition. She has been eating grass and leaves which I think is the cause.

First thing to do is to remove all food and water tonight when she goes to bed. Check first thing in the morning before she has eaten or drank, see what the crop feels like then, and let us know. See if it's gone down or not, if you can feel anything in there, hard, soft, etc.
Has she ever been wormed or had a fecal to test for internal parasites? Do you know when she last laid?
