Chicken ill - help!!

One of my Reds has a slightly swollen eye and is keeping it closed. She wants to be by herself, is losing her appetite, has developed a mild twitch, and is very lethargic.
Can anyone offer help.

Can you see any bubbles, foam, or pus inside her eye? A swollen eye with her being lethargic could be a sinus infection, possibly mycoplasma (MG.) Does she have a bad odor around her face? Do you hear any sneezing, gasping, or rattly breathing? Look inside her eye and tell us what you find, and look for any dirt or debris that might be causing infection. Saline can be used to rinse the eye, and Terramycin Eye Ointment can be used in the eye twice a day. Also Tylan 50 injectable can be given orally at 0.25 ml per pound 3 times a day for 5 days which can treat MG. Pictures are helpful.
