chicken leg problem

We have a rooster that about 3 weeks ago started to have a leg problem. We examined the leg thoroughly there did not indicate any soreness or pain. The discomfort is starting to increase now. He prefers to lie down than to move. I noticed yesterday that his comb has become discolored and rough in certain areas. We now have another hen starting to limp. Can you give us any help or suggestions?

My guesses would be a vitamin deficiency, poisoning with mold or bad food, or Marek's disease. It would be hard to tell which one.
