I've submitted my city and it was verified. I've also submitted another city close by that is curreny in the process of being verified. How do I know how many scratch points I've earned?

I just completed the form for Reno, NV. I was hoping there would be a place for comments since Reno has extenuating circumstances. The city and county do not have much in the way of restrictions when keeping chickens but the area is infamous for it's CC&Rs (Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions) which almost every neighborhood has. The city says "fine you can have chickens" but the CC&Rs for your neighborhood likely will not allow it. I'm lucky enough to live in one of the few neighborhoods without CC&Rs.

I submitted for Cary, and though I'm having issues find the right information for Raleigh, I'll be working on it. Too many sites are incorrecting stating there is NO limit in Raleigh, while in deed there is a limit of 4. I don't know why no one has the codes listed correctly online, or I just overlooked it.

I also think there should be a comment section. In my area poultry noise is specifically exempt from the noise ordinance. Seems like a good law to know about.

Go ahead and put comments in the bottom of the "ordinances" submission section. Just label them as "Additional Notes" or "Submitter's Comments" or whatever.
