Maybe if your nipples were horizontal instead of vertical it wouldn't be a problem.

Thanks for the links, your going to laugh but being a machinist among other trades I had to find a tap to fit the vertical nipples and tap threads in the bottom of the bucket.

What I like about the HN's is you don't need to tap, if HDPE or softer, if you drill a clean hole the right size.

Looks like Amazon has two styles, a square one and a cross shaped one.

They look the same functionally. I have the cross type. The protrusions allow you to get some torque when screwing them in with your fingers, but I like the look of the square ones better.
