Chicken not molting

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone has ever had a chicken that never molted?
My Barred Rock has never molted except for when she lost her chick fluff. Is something wrong with her? She seems very healthy but is starting to lose tiny amounts of feathers, probably just wearing off. I know it is long past normal molt season but never remembered to post this. Any ideas?

She is going to be 2 in September.

I've had some that blow until naked and some never looked like they shed.

I'm pretty sure she never molted though, because her feathers look awful - all ragged and dirty all the time.

Do you run extra lights? More than likely she will molt this coming fall. Most go through their first molt at about 18 months of age. A fall hatched bird will be off the average by a bit.

Nope, no extra lights! All my other girls the same age molted last fall though, so it seemed odd that she didn't.

It's possible she molted and you didn't notice it. Some are long slow molters, otherwise she should do it this fall. Some just like being different.
