Chicken not standing long

He's preening today, so I think the Nutri Drench is helping him a little. Tail is still droopy. He's eating an egg laid by his mom (kinda weird, but it was the only one I had)

I'm sitting here observing them, and my FavISA (Nickname) is trying to huddle under his pullet friend like she's his mom and he's a day old chick. He wants to be touching her at all times and is even peeping like a baby. He's almost 4 months old, not quite yet.

Now he's acting depressed. I took this picture a minute ago. He's not moving. I'm going to go get Nutri Drench now and give it to him.
I really don't want to lose him, he's my baby and has gone through so much already

Anything else I should be doing? I'm giving him straight Nutri Drench, AND putting it in his water. I'm giving him a daily egg, and he's always got feed and grass available. He's away from all bullying and always has shade.

He's in a worse condition today. Should I bump up how much Nutri Drench I'm giving him? I'm giving him 1ml by mouth + some in his water.
Any and all help is appreciated, I don't know what to do...

So sorry, I was at a show in Edmonton! I'm quite at a loss unfortunately :hmm
It's okay, I hope you had fun. :)
:/ I don't think anyone knows what to do. I'm really worried it could be Marek's. If it is I will be very upset with the UNL. I spent over 500$ in necropsies for them to tell me my birds were Marek's free. He just seems to be getting weaker, his wing was really droopy for about three minutes. Then he pulled it back in like it's suppose to be. He also started limping on the same side, but there's nothing on that foot. The dark spot is on the other leg.
I think I've done all I can at home for him
