Chicken not standing long

I have some Naxcel leftover from a previous vet visit, would it be dangerous to inject him with some without veterinary approval?

I researched it and it seems like people only use it on day old chicks. I can't find any information on use for older birds

That dark spot is his skin, it won't come off. I soaked him in just water and tried to rub it off, but it isn't coming off.

Looks like Naxcel treats E Coli infections.

That's what I had thought. Can that cause whatever is going on with him? Do epsom salt baths treat this or do I need a vet prescription?

My vet had me use it on a 3 year old duck and a 4 month old chicken, I wonder if there was a mistake made by him or If it's got another use not listed professionally? I do not know anything

Bumblefoot is an infection....
The scab would need to come off and the pus dug out.
It won't feel good so I am not sure you should even try this right now with him feeling bad.
