She’s not feeling great from the medication but she’s letting me syringe feed her egg and water with probiotics and electrolytes.

Hello! The dose I use for my hens is 250mg which per the bottle picture is 5ml.

Most people use 250 mg AquaMox capsules or tablets. You can find those online. Chicken dosage is 125mg to 250mg twice a day for 7-10 days. Have you used another antibiotic already?
