Came home and found her caught on a hook (one of those hanging feeders that you can put like a head of lettuce on). The hook where it attaches to the chain went in her mouth and out her cheek. Not sure how long she was stuck like that but she ripped open a huge section of her cheek. She was cold and a little lethargic but shes warmed and and is curious (definitely wants out of her isolation cage). She let's me touch it to look at it but won't let me wrap it. She's pecking at things and eating a little bit, haven't seem her drink yet though. We don't have any poultry vets available until Monday or Tuesday in our area. We are thinking of cleaning it well and then doing some super gluing to close up the flap (just along the edge where it's ripped)...

Any thoughts/advice?

She is about 3.5 months old, saphire gem

If there's inner mouth damage that meets the outside, I would cull as that would be hard to treat properly. If it's just the outer part, then I'd just snip the flap away, as face skin heals back fast within a week, or two as long as it's moistened.

Clean it with saline and keel some triple antibiotic on it (the kind without pain reliever). It should heal fine. You might give her a little electrolytes or sugar water to help with any shock.
