That looks like a yeast infection...A Vet will need to be seen..
I'm not opposed to taking her to a vet, however the last chicken I took cost $150 and then I still had to euthanize her. I feel like I wasted my money and dragged out her suffering. That was just a few weeks ago so I have a bad taste in my mouth about that, as far as I know it's the only vet around that sees chickens. Don't want to pour money down the drain if they are just going to tell me something I can do on my own. Or if it's hopeless. Sounds horrible but those are my honest thoughts.
Anyway I took more pictures, still not sure if any of them are clear. I also took a picture of the vitamins and medicines I have on hand. I also have corrid, electrolytes, and probiotics, but those don't seem applicable here.
