i hadnt heard yet that milford had agreed to another swap, last i knew it was up to how september went, and from what i heard the parking lot was a bit messy, thats all. sorry next time i will be more clear

HI there. YES the milford swap is all set .As long as the new guide lines are followed there will be no problems with TSC swaps. I will have copys at the swap for all . If there was no swap ,There would be no swap thread .Looking foreward to a great swap .I hope the weather cooperates.
