I just put duck eggs in the hatcher so I candled stuff. I have birds that I got over the last few weeks in quaranteen. I have been saving eggs from one pair. last time nothing was fertile. this time I put in 3 and they are all fertile. soooo, what do you think a white crested blue polish crossed with a white showgirl will look like?

guess we will see in about 2 weeks.

It would be cool if it looked like a silkie polish with a naked dark nech and dark non feathered legs!

check your hygrometers. I just checked three of them and only one was at 75 when I calibrated them. One was at 69 and the third was at 65. They are supposed to be at 75 when calibrated. Add that to the still air LG's and I think that is what my problem is. I was also dry hatching for the first 18 days so this time I am adding a little water every few days to see if that helps. I also added a fan to one of them. I bought three fans on ebay but only have one 12volt plug thingy. I will check at discount stores for more.
