Chicken with possible eye problem what do you think?

I listen to the recording above. That isn't what they are doing. The recording above you can hear it gurgling from inside like when your kid is sick. This noise my chickens are doing are opening their (haha I almost said mouth) beaks and instead of a clucking noise its a purr/pigeon warning noise like hey i'm hear get any closer i'm gonna peck you. But then I just hug them!
Wyorp Rock: Yes, I meant are the eggs good to if they are sick. No they are not on antibiotics, just washing the eye for now.
I was wondering I cleaned the floor up the other day. Had some dust but not much because their house is my house kind of too tidy! haha. Maybe that bothered them. I still have to coach them to go outside because the others tend to pick on them.

Ha ! I was going to ask if it sounds like your kids do when they are congested but I didnt know if you had kids or not but yes, that is what it would sound like if sick.

Idamp the noise you are hearing is cooing, a sign of contentment.
Most antibiotics have egg withdrawal periods, some longer than others. I know of one or two that dont have a withdrawal period or have a short withdrawal period but it would also depend on what disease the bird has.
