Chicken with Worms?

Ok so she has had plenty of water, but when she pooped it was yellow filmy looking liquid. Also she is extremely weak, and can barely keep her eyes open

It may be a protozoan infection like what is commonly called Blackhead. Birds can contract it from eating earthworms. Cecal worms carry the protozoan. Increased thirst, decreased appetite, drowsiness, weakness, yellow-brown watery or foamy droppings are common.

Call up a pet store which carries aquarium products. Ask if they carry Fish-Zole. Your chicken isn't a Bantam, so give 1 tab every day for 5 days and see if the symptoms disappear. Give Vitamins-electrolytes in the water and moisten her feed. Hand feed her if she won't eat on her own. I've dealt with blackhead before and that sounds like what your bird may have. The Fish-Zole (metronidazole) will get rid of the cecal worms and the protozoan.

I will have to try that!! Also if I start it tomorrow or the next day, should I still do a second worming with wazine tomorrow. Also what is fish zole
, and is it for fish or what?

She probably needs to be tube fed fluids if she isn't drinking (30ml/kg every 6-8 hours). Always correct temperature and hydration before force feeding. Can you post a picture of her poop?

Well it's not an egg, so I will get fish zole and try that and try to find some safegaurd. I will lock her in a small pen by herself and see how much she drinks in a day. What I'm wondering, since I don't have fish zole right now can I use wazine in the morning? Also how do you give the chicken fish zole??

You need to bring her inside where it's warm and weigh her. Most feed stores will have Safeguard or Panacur (Fenbendazole), liquid *or* paste (located in either the cattle or horse section), but they probably won't have Fish-Zole. Hypothermia and dehydration will kill her, so I'd fix that first. Both the wormer and Metronidazole need to be given orally, not in water, so you need to weigh her so that you can calculate the proper dose of both.
