Mine is about a year old, but I have no idea what model it is.

In the first screenshot it looks like it's a combination of a screen that is small enough to bring up our mobile navigation header, but big enough to show the desktop header.

This is probably a really rare combination of device, browser, screen size, Etc that is causing this. I think this is come up ever before, pretty interesting!

As @CarpCharacin pointed out, we'll be updating the site soon and that might take care of this issue

Thanks for the explanation. Not surprising to me things are weird in my world. I hope to see the whole scenery one day when the updates happen.
