Oh that's terrible! I've had toe pickers in my flock too. You might try some of the pick stop lotions or pine tar. I actually had good luck with spraying the toes and legs with blu-coat. Everybody ran around with purple feet for a while until they stopped this bad habit.

Yes we are going to try the blu-coat or something similar to that.
I just wrapped her feet up so the wounds can heal

And put antibiotic ointment on them
