I do not know who went that poo but my dominique hen was a little off yesterday. so I'm guessing it was her. she is better today.

She is clearly not well. Sleeping and dose not want to eat feed. So I'm giving her egg and cooked oats

I'd call it, "Sick hen with yellow/green poop" but you can use what ever title you feel best.
