The lady I got them from must have accidentally mixed them up!!! I didn't have to pay for them thank God!!! I won them at a swap.

Ugh... sorry... that sucks... I do agree with Walnut, those carpet cleaners just don't pull out enough moisture from the carpet... hope you can get it worked out...

So...I got another egg. It looks Pinker in color and the shape is more of that of an actual egg. I hope it's from the same hen and not the other!!!

The lemon juice is supposed to help break it down some, but I don't know how much. I hope so, because I've figured out where it is now. It's made it out of the little tube between the kidneys and the bladder, that's why by back doesn't hurt any more. Now it's just staging for the final push through the last tunnel...

Embarrassing story of the year.....

yesterday I found out our dehumidifier had overflowed in the lower level.

now going back to when we got the new unit, I had specifically purchased because it had a thin hose that could be connected and run outside for a hassle free run. After arguing with hubs he insisted he was going to empty it daily and we didnt need to hook it up and run it outside, for that was too much work (SAY WHAT????) this was just after one of my surgeries and for some dumb reason I didnt have any fight in me and didnt care and left him deal with it, this always ends up a disaster.... ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS!!!! NO IFS ANDS OR BUTS, he will admit it too!

so I go downstairs yesterday after a week of not being down there and OMG the smell was disgusting!!! the kids had the cushions from the couch on the floor cushions stuffed animals all over the floor, covers, my sheepskins, puzzles, games, anything that could soak up water was on the floor! AND IT DID! I flipped out, now my husband comes and goes daily via lower level!!! need I say more?

he doesnt deserve a smack, he deserves prison! He isnt a dumb person, I have NO clue what was going on in his mind, absolutely no clue, I have no excuse for him, I have no reasoning behind his madness, I cannot figure any of this out, this is beyond sanity. I think he is seriously insane at this point, seriously what in the world possessed him to ignore such a thing?????? he said he though it a dirty sock!!!!

now my question is this.... can I get the smell out of the carpet or do I have to replace it? I know I need to replace the furniture but the carpet?

A good carpet cleaning company should be able to save the carpet . you can rent large drying fans to dry out the carpet but the padding may need to be replaced . call somebody like Steamatic or Stanley steamer and get a price.getting it dry is the main thing right now. you can't do it with a small home style cleaner . you need a pro don't waste your time trying . if you want to tackle it your self pull the carpet up around the edges home depot may have drying fans to rent put one at all four corners blowing towards the center .the fans need to blow under the carpet for at least forty eight hours . big fans Sally. squirrel cage style .if that 's not long enough keep them going longer . If mold and mildew is in the padding get new . but before you do anything call your agent . and

your other half .good luck with this

I'm sure the dogs will be getting a lot better treatment than he will for a while .

well if you ever read the thread processing day support group, you would know been there done it too. but glad I went through the process. AND I GREW UP A HUNTER and for some reason growing my own chickens I grew fond of them and had a terrible time jumping into processing them, but now its different. I already pulled out the padding and threw it in the driveway, no way I could soak that crap up, I put stuff all under the carpet after I sopped up the water to lift it to get airflow under it, it smells better this after, I am calling first thing. hubs has been working his butt off today doing stuff for me, he even clean out the meaties coop for me!

AND DRUMMROLL PLEASE.....

Hahhahaha!!! I am from a family of 9 kids....so I know your pain. Did you see what my hens turned out to be.....not happy...I will definitely need some eggs!!!! As soon as this part comes in I am firing up early!!! This sucks!!!! Oh I also offended her when I asked her if she sold cross breeds. Lol!! I told her than was not my intentions and I apologized for it. But I think she will forever hate me. Lol!!
